The car is finished in PPG black with red side stripes embellished by gunmetal-gray stars-and-stripes graphics. Features include a red-accented cowl-induction hood, Fesler Built billet hood hinges and taillights, and SS badging as well chrome bumpers, window surrounds, dual mirrors, and wheel-well moldings. A blemish on a door edge is highlighted in the photo gallery below.
Suspension is handled by Detroit Speed & Engineering four-corner coilovers with DSE Swivel-Link rear control arms. Stopping power is provided by Baer four-wheel disc brakes with T4 calipers up front, S4 calipers at the rear, and cross-drilled slotted rotors all around.
Boze Alloys 18″ Velocity aluminum wheels each feature six spokes engraved with insignias for six branches of the United States armed forces. Toyo Proxes 4 tires show 2009 date codes.
A Flaming River Waterfall steering wheel mounted atop a Flaming River tilt steering column fronts a custom Classic Instruments gauge set consisting of a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 500 miles driven since completion of the build.
The 6.2-liter LSA V8 crate engine is secured by Edelbrock mounts and features an aluminum block and cylinder heads along with an intercooled 1.9-liter Eaton supercharger, a K&N high-flow air filter, and a dual-pressure fuel system. Cooling is provided by an AutoRad aluminum radiator with an integrated transmission cooler and air-conditioning condenser as well as twin Maradyne High Performance fans. The stainless-steel Edelbrock exhaust system features ceramic-coated long-tube headers flowing into a dual pipes equipped with an X crossover and offset TTI mufflers.
